Default Pennine Massive MTB section's big day out at dalby forest...

...and I was the slowest. And the first to fall off (not the only one - see vid below )... But I enjoyed every second of it

Figures: 18.28 miles cycled, 3 litres of water completely emptied from my camelbak, 4.5 hours of riding, 20 flapjack's eaten by 8 people attending... There's probably some more I could think of but my brain is still mashed.
