Change your avitar then, I wanna see it (yeah yeah, i know I've seen an SV before but still...)

It must be nice to have a new bike that doesn't need rebuilding before you can ride it. I must try it some time!

Dude why did you lie it down? did you not have decent tie down points up front?

I didn't want to take the risk that it might fall over. My bro said he spent ages tying his R6 to the inside of that van only to drive for 5 mins before it fell over and got damaged. It has a fixed bulkhead so you can't keep an eye on it. I had loads of old sofa cushions so it was nice and safe and didn't move anywhere over the 130 mile drive. It leaked a bit of fuel out the breather but that was it.

Fair enough. I've never had a bike fall over in a van, but you don't wanna risk it it guess. I attach to the grips and then use a ratchet to compress the front suspension. Use a cable tie to hold the front brake on and job done. You can jump on it and it doesn't budge. That comes from years of tieing MX bikes to trailors. The Dullsville did try to escape through the front of out transit, but that was due to poor placement of tie down points.

Hope we get to see it soon!

If you'd have been any kind of decent friend you'd have come helped us .
I've always had my bikes transported upright with no problems too, but we were afraid of Andy's bro's scare stories so we laid it down. it was actually a pretty easy way to do it too.
