Default Been busy

As previously stated I had a completely standard silver K3 but as usual I cant leave things alone so ive added a few bits and bobs so I thought id post up some pics as promised.

Mods include:

Poly 26 belly pan
Rear seat cowl
Delkevic exhaust
Evotech exhaust hanger
Pyramid rad cover
Beowulf oil cooler cover
Corbin seat
Tail tidy
Airblade tall boy flyscreen
Polished bar ends
Fresh pair of Dunlop Q2s

and finally the one im guessing most of you will find the most entertaining, Ive removed the wing mirrors and wired in a camera and 3.5" screen to use as a rear view mirror. Messed about with bar end mirrors etc but couldnt find anything I liked so I thought id give this a go. Ive tried it all out wired into a 9v battery and it all works great so im going to hard wire into the bike on Saturday and then il take some pics/video to show.

Pix:

Looks rubbish

You should install a guided missile system to use in conjunction with the camera

Sweeeeeet looking bike. Dodgy Camera idea though. Really like the way you did the stomp grips. Did you cut them from the usual shape?

They look like those tank grips that are softer than stomps so don't feck your leathers.

Hope that screen is removable and the camera is well hidden or it won't last long parked up in a town centre.

No I had some standard universal Eazi-grip sheets that I had intended to fit to my Thundercat (as they didn't have a bike specific one) so I just cut it to that size as I tried cutting it to the shape of the SV specific one and couldn't get it to wrap across the curve without creasing so just cut it up to the curve as that's the only place my legs touch anyways.

And yeah the camera is well hidden but the screen isn't removable (well it is with a screwdriver) but I only use my bike for weekend blasts so its either parked up in a secure car park at home or sitting next to me in a beer garden

Looking good.

Interested to see how the rear view camera works out. Is it a flipped image? Would mess with your head otherwise.
