Getting into shape...
...this weeks shape is a sack of spuds!
Anyhoo, look. The missus joined a local fitty/get into shape club this week. Half an hour each week, CV machines, fitness programme etc. There she was, with a few other laydees, striding along on one of those machines. The 'expert'/tutor/whatever person comes along and asks "Enjoying yourself?" The reply: "Eh? Why the f**k would I be enjoying myself? It's hard work!! I'm sweating here!!". Pmsl.

Re: Getting into shape...
HAHA thats how my girlfriend used to be......she does actually enjoy herself now though. Now that she can see physical change she enjoys the challenge of trying to go a little bit further or a little bit longer.
