Default Squirrel killer

So I went out to wales today. Down the A49, off to Malpas, then to Llangollen, over the Horseshoe Pass, then down to Bala, up over the tops to Denbigh, then Ruthin, Wrexham, then to the A49 for the sprint home. On the way, I did my bit for the native animals of this country. It makes for sad viewing, but it's one less tree rat in the world.

218 miles all in. Luverly

Gaddam you Pete! You pass not 2 miles from me door and you don't even have the good grace to drop in for a cup of tea!

I live 5 minutes from Ruthin for future reference!

I didn't intend to be that far West Mike, I took a wrong turn and just kept on going!

PM me your address, 'cos I'm coming back a lot more often, Those roads are superb. The bit from the roundabout at the North end of the Horseshoe Pass down to the A494 and on to Bala was nearly flat out all the way. Giggling like a safari park chimp I was!

PM sent.

Know what you mean, we are spoilt here. You need to be wary of the helicoptor though....

That road you mention is the route we took back on the N. Wales rideout when we were really caning it!
