I like making these with whoever is eating them stood next to me at the cooker. I finish one, pop it on a plate and by the time that one is eaten, the next is ready for me or the next person. Me and Dan did it well a couple of years ago. I'd cook mine while he was eating his, then eat mine while he was cooking his...lol
Just lemon and sugar for me. If I make fluffy pancakes, I'll have maple syrup and bacon! |

My usual toppings selection is anything sugar based But honey (forest dark one...mmmm) is goooodedit: Need to find some maple syrup! And I have bananas hehe. I feel a sugar rush coming on later edit2: wifey just told me she'll be adding mushed banana to the main pancake mix...she's preggers so I can only think what fillings she'll add
