Multi Gym
I was thinking of the next stage of recovery, after surgery and healing time, I'm going to be handed over to the physio's, in order to replicate the exercises they get me to do; I was after a leg raise bench, but have ended up getting a secondhand one of these.
(it's big, but at least I've a spare room I can use, at least for now) York 2001 MULTI GYM with PEC MATE Given I've lost nearly 4 stone I'm going to need a bit of bodywork as well so the other stuff on there will help. My question ? anyone got one ? or instructions ? or even photos on one already built ? I understand it'll come to me as a big pile of bits to be built, my son will be bolting it all together and would like to give him as much help as I can. No great rush as I can't use it for at least a couple of months. any help gratefully received. Cheers Mark.

Might have to, but I'll give the boy a pop at it first though.
Just thought some of you lot might be the fitness types ? Cheers Mark.

Got a 2001 built up in the loft.. It is rather big! about 7-8 feet long with the pec deck bolted on, 6'6" high, quite easy to put together, not sure if i've still got the instructions but will have a look for you.
Can take some pics tomorrow if you want |

Instructions would be brilliant, failing that some close up pics would be better than the three photos I have. Cheers Mark.
