Fixed my Macbook myself! Total cost of a set of laptop tools for £5 and the airport wifi card for £9.80. Much better than approx £80+ for Apple to look at it.


I can now type on a proper keyboard again. Correcting fudged spellings on my little phone screen has been doing my head in.

My smile is similar. I have a small Asus T100 which decided it didn't want to charge or even recognise there was a battery in it. A youtube vid showed that simply disconnecting the battery and waiting a while for it to realise, then plugging it back in would reset the charge state system. It worked!!!

Nice one.I bought one of those cheap Laptop tool kits to service my PC Laptop with the help of YT videos.Cleaned the Fan and refreshed the CPU thermal paste etc
