Having read this thread very carefully, and also reading the tyre thread in general
I believe tyre pressures are critical, but how come the differences are so vast Rictus (Bows graciously) has put up some very convincing arguments for high pressure, but honestly mine feels like I am riding on marbles at his pressures. I went out today, after blowing my tyres up to 36 / 42 and returned home very soon after. Im 16 stone on a very good day :P My bike feels so much more settled at 32,33 / 35,36 |
