Default VW build quality

my car is beeping at me saying please top up your washer fluid but i cant get my bonnet up? seems the cable has come off or something simalir but i can't see a way in now? the tag pops out off the grille but does nothing? any ideas?

You can't just ram your fingers under the bonnet!! You have to warm her up a bit; be gentle and patient.... men... tchuh!
