99-00 fork dimensions?

hi all,

a 99-00 sv650 is a likely donor for an entire front end swap that i'm thinking about. based on the steering stem bearing dimensions that i've found, this might be a direct swap.

can anyone recommend a source for the basic dimensions of an 99-00 fork assembly?

or, if anyone has the following info on hand?

1) fork tube diameter
2) fork assembly length (unweighted, including fork tube and slider)
3) spacing between fork sliders at axle
4) steering tube length
5) handlebar clamp interior diameter
