Default SV650 - Carbs

Hi all,

My knowledge is limited but in the 4 years I've owned my SV (And at the worst time) it has broken on me when I need it for work.

Now, I know my fuel petcock has failed, mainly because fuel was leaking out while the engine was off.
I also had a leak on my front carb choke/enrichment plunge - opened it up and the o-ring was nicked, the guide was also snapped so both of those are on order.

Now, obviously I wanted to check if any fuel has gone in the oil (Only replaced 2 weeks ago) I've given it a few dips, and it smells fine, and the oil level has not risen.

I wanted to ensure all fuel is out of the carbs - So I turned her over and noted air was expelled only from the rear carb - Is that normal?

To rule out any other leaks, I've replaced all the fuel tubes between the carbs, petcock and pump. They where looking a bit old and dry so figured I'd do those while I was there.

Any help would be grand, new part are due to land tomorrow or Monday.
