Re: Nitron Shock.
I believe they have my money, the shock was a present from me girflfriend who after nearly being flung over the bars while riding pillion one day asked how that could not happen again. I suggested a new shock.

Re: Nitron Shock.
Well get on to them about it, as really they should have not take your money until the item was dispatched. They will be making interest on your payment while you have stuff all.

Where did you get it from, most companies won't charge your card until they are ready to dispatch it. Bear in mind that the SV shock is not a commonly bought one, they will no doubt being ordering it from Nitron to fulfill your order. |

Re: Nitron Shock.
As if by magic, rant on the net for a bit and it turns up.

Re: Nitron Shock.
And what a piece of bling it is too!!
No idea how to set the preload for a pillion with any kind of accuracy though as it's not clicky!! |

Re: Nitron Shock.
hiya jack,
you had chance to fit it yet? If so, how you getting on with it? I'll be looking at sorting my suspension soon and am looking into the prospect of a nitron shock to account for my 'hefty-ness' and also because the stock shock is budget. Any info is appreciated ta!

Re: Nitron Shock.
I've had it fitted and it's excellent. When i ordered it I asked for a spring rate and damper setup for 17 stone fast road plus ocasional more sedate pilliopn/touring work and that is exactly what they sent me. I haven't even had to adjust it. The ride is a lot better. It absorbs shocks and no longer squats right down under power.
Brilliant. I ordered it direct from nitron and i think it came to £350 |
