Result!!! - Z4 SMIDSY is not contesting liability anymore

Just got a call from Risder Support Services and it turns out the Z4 driver has rolled over and is not contesting it anymore! This is all thanks to the witness statement apparently. He contradicted the Z4 drivers "I was driving along and the bike rode into me" story. I will be on the look out for a new top left black curvy fairing shortly.... |

Good News! Too many people think by contesting the other party will roll over. If I know I am in the right I will always fight it and insist on the insurance company supporting me for what I have paid for.
