Dropped it :(
Had chained the bike up, decided to roll it forward slightly, side stand must have not been fully down, was just lubing chain up, bike went over like a sack of spuds.
Currently trying to glue my left wingmirror back together until I can get a new one. However, where the 2 screws go through the front cone, I think the mounting behind has been pulled out of position, as one 'hole where the screw goes into' is sticking out and there's a gap between the screen and the fairing now, about 1-2mm Snapped gear peg too, but I've got a 'fixerpeg' on atm. Bent bar ends and snapped end off clutch lever. Lots of tiny crack lines around there too, I'm gutted. Any ideas on how much this will set me back? |

Damn bad luck MiniMac.
You can't believe how much damage can be done on such a light impact. Curvy or pointy? |

Pointy, silver, K3.
A true n00b mistake though, only passed A2 a few days ago. I'm highly ****ed off about it, will be saving the pennies this month to pay for new bits. Also, can the pillion grab handle be removed without leaving big holes? As mine is a bit flaky on the paint side, would like to get it resprayed. |

Re: Dropped it :(
that little gap between the screen and the fairing is classic of the front subfame just having had a little dink, kwaks is the same on his thou but i think baph has sorted him out with another, u could always try tweeking it back into position but its not easy.

Re: Dropped it :(
try taking the screen off and the mirrors loosening the fairing, getting a pole big enough to go over the frame and...wait for it... Gently tweek it back into position and re assemble will be a trial and error job though
