Curved radiators are bloody fragile. Especially when mounted wrongly

Pace 'fixed' one once for one of the bikes here. It failed within a few miles.
Hope yours works!

The rad isn't going to Pace for repair/modification. It's going to Matt @ A H fabrications..

Ok, long time since last update on here.

The Pace rad wasn't going to fit, no matter how I tried, so that's gone and a full custom rad will be made by A&H fabrications at some point in the future.

Panigale silencers have been modified to fit and mounting brackets have been fabricated.

The beefier nature of the CBR swingarm and the much steeper swingarm angle meant that the bottom chain run was rubbing on the frame lower cross member. A chain roller bracket was designed and machined and is now attached to the frame...

Exhaust fabrication has started...

All of the bends will be "lobster back", made from tapered sections, as the routing is tortuous and mandrel bends can't be made in a tight enough radius or bend in 2 planes at the same time...

...lots of welding...

There is something wrong with this forum's image linking.

The photo's are sized correctly in imageshack and produce sensible sized pictures on faceberk and every other bike forum they are posted on (such as here) , it's only here where they are such random and large sizes.
