Not sure exactly, the only way I know is M4 , M25, M40, A40, A406.. But thats no fun on a bike so what do you reckon?

I know of interesting ish ways, though I have no clue where the shires is yes I know not again I know way around, from high wycobe, wendover, through chalfonts etc could weave an ineresting route through there probally. Let me know.

This will all from what I remember so it will be a little random, butn hey part of the fun. I could meet you guys say somewhere like wendover or aylesbury that kind of area.

But Chalfont St. Giles is all one track roads littered with horse **** and 4x4's.

I reckon that we know roughly where it is, so we just head in the right general direction.

I'll let you guys know if i can ride by late this evening/early morning.

Bluethunder, I roughly know a route through Beaconsfield / Chalfont etc.. I've not got that long so would prefer not to stop on the way as have to be back by 1 We could meet you at Ace Cafe at say 11am if you like?

Where are u going after the ace? I live very close to it, so its not a ride for me. I guess u will be motorways getting to the ace? Then off somewhere from there?

Yep...if i come tomorrow, it will be to pop my post surgery cherry.

I sat on the bike again today(trust me its a sad pathetic sight) and i can just about get my leg into the proper position. Moving it once its there is more of a problem.

I will hit the rowing machine/static bike this evening.
