K6 Pointy | 24k Engine, Electrics + Bits

Hi All,


After a slow front end collision ending in a Cat C I've had my K6 SV650 sat under a tarp in my garden for 8 months waiting for time to sort the front end and reinstate this as a brilliant commuter. Unfortunately I moved house a while back and had to store the bike at my parents which they've been moaning like chuff at me for. I've come to realise it'd be better off with someone putting it to use as up until that point, it fired up perfect every day to get me to work. So here we are....

I'll update with pictures and a comprehensive list later tonight but a quick overview is pretty much everything except the front suspension.

Complete engine I believe has done 24k from memory and still turns after being stood first time although I haven't ran it for long, I was just checking it started.
Frame and V5 although it's a Cat C and has damage from a previous theft attempt where steering lock was
Rear Swing Arm with wheel
Rider and Pillion Seats
Rear Sets.
All electrics.
Rear Brake light.
Scottoiler system
Full power ECU and 33bhp ECU (that's a blast from the past)


Having had a look on Flea bay the Engine alone is going for between £450 - £650. I'm looking for a Job lot sale as I really am struggling for time and don't want to be faffing back and forth to my parents to break down single bits for a tenner etc. collection from WF14 but do have use of a van occasionally and could deliver locally for a cost.

All Parts listed above £475

Would make a perfect donor or Mini Twin project. Viewing advised.



Parts not included:

I have the full fairings which are in the Candy Napoleon Blue but most have some marks or cracks from the accident. The nose cone most affected. I'm planning to list those separately somessage me if they're of interest.

Stubby Stainless Scorpion slip on with minor marks from daily use, hanger and link pipe. I'll have a look if i can find the baffle in the garage, if you're anything like me, they wont be used anyway because it sounds sweet.

Are pictures of when I first got the bike back from the insurance and after I took the front end off with a view to refit some new forks but never did

Where are you located?

Ben, do you have the forks, front wheel brakes etc? I'm guessing the picture with the bike just missing the fairing is following the accident? Do you travel at all possible to meet up, might be worth having a chat?

I'll take the lot, if you can arrange delivery to Cheshire.
