worn a black visor for coming up to 3 years now and never been stopped about it. Don't think coppers really care.

If you are riding like a nob its something else for them to throw at you along sdie your exhaust and number plate, if you ride safely then happy days

Can never understand why we can't have reactalight[?] visors like eye glasses,what is the problem,price? I am sure people would be prepared to pay a little extra for the best of both worlds in one visor rather than the combined price of buying two.

I used to have one in my HJC, it wasn't pinlock (FogCity HyperOptik) but did have cutouts like a pinlock, think I got it from HG.

Pinlock are doing a Protec-TNT visor insert now, but they're not cheap (£45)

Have.a fog city reactor light one in the constant drop hjc.
It's pretty rubbish never get that dark to help.with.the sun shine.

Price would be one thing but have you ever used them?
Unless you are spending serious money, they are crap but even then, reaction times are really slow.
Polarized lenses are the way to go for tints

My glasses react under the visor so the problem does not exist for me----i can wear a clear pinlock all the time

I've used a black visor (very dark) for the last two years, never been stopped by the police.

But if I know I'll be out when it's dark, or raining the I'll use the clear one. (Apart from the one time I went to the Ace Cafe, and forgot to use the clear one. I had to swap Helmets with my pillion.)
