Heading out tomorrow Thursday 1st Aug for a ride if anyone wants to join us. Leaving Llanfyllin at about 11am, meeting someone at Llyn Tegid at 12.00 - 12.30.

Cracking ride last Thursday in great weather.

Llanfyllin, Llangynog, Bala, Arenig Fawr, over the A4212, B4391 to the turnoff for Ysbyty Ifan, Cwm Penmachno, A5 to Bettws y Coed for a cuppa and cake, Capel Curig, Beddgelert, Porth Madog, A4212 to Bala, Llangynog and home.

Never got around to taking any photos - must do better next time!

Very cool! I've never taken the road from the B4391 to Ysbyty Gwynedd, despite passing it several times. I enjoy the B4391 too much

We didn't go to Ysbyty Ifan Craig, we turned off about a couple of miles down the Ysbyty Ifan road and went on through Cwm Penmachno. Both roads are worth the ride.

Do you mean the Ysbyty Ifan road Gary? Cwm Penmachno is no where near Ysbyty Gwynedd. just trying to picture your ride.....
