Have a word with this solicitor. He is a biker and one of the top in the UK with regards to personal accidents, RTCs, etc. He will advise/discuss with you initially FOC on what you are likely to expect whether it is worth engaging a solicitor, etc. There are set injury rates as stated earlier, but this is treated differently between short term and expected long term. That is where your specialist solicitor may be of use. Have a look at his website and then decide. A quick chat may help you decide.
