Angry Electrical info Required.

Hi All,

Hope someone can help with a little but annoying problem I have. Sunday my SV let me down miles away from home. When i turned the ignition switch 'ON' there was nothing, completely dead. I spent an hour removing the seat, tank etc to find the fault. Luckily I did! There was a bad connection on the main Ignition Switch plug that connects to the loom. In the comfort of the workshop, I removed everything again and gained access to the connector in question. On close examination the main live feed connector was 'Burnt' and the connector melted.

This is where I need the help.
I've removed the connector shells off both half and the rest of the terminals are fine. Does anyone know where I can get a new connector from?

I look forward with fingers crossed!!

Thanks

Adam

+1 for Ferret, if you can afford him. Nice hippy type chap, comes in a battered van(or at least he used to)
Really down to earth guy, what he don't know about electrics nobody knows.

LOL, just peeped at the gallery on his webpage, I remember when half of those photos were taken....I were there!
