Alpine star textile trousers

Hi Got Alpine stars Drystar jacket put aside for me but am told the trousers (which I tried on and felt like michelin woman) come only in mens for textiles. Any women out there bought the drystar trousers by chance Not sure whether to get them since they go with the jacket (& zip together). Didn't like the spada's or hein gericke either. I figure textile with thermal lining is better than leather for the wet/cold in scotland- commuting? Any comments/ suggestions appreciated!
