sorry not got any tips really, you just need got a steady hand and think really, knowing when to stop tapping ect, i used a small block of wood and just gently tapped the dents out with a hammer, its not perfect but you probably wouldn't think it had been in the state it was

bladdy gravel mate, the back twitched so i sat it up a bit lent back in, went a little wide which was no problem, but there was **** all over and just lost it mate. and smashed into the armco and wedge the bike one a metal post. smacked my leg up. So i goota get new forks and shiz now
