Disc movement.
I've just given the gsxr her normal pre trip checks and the front right disc is much more loose than I've felt one before. How much movement should there be ?. It moves about 4 times as much as the left hand one. My first thought is just to buy a new one, but don't want to spend money if it's still roadworthy and safe.

Re: Disc movement.
if you think it's suspect and your asking questions the you know yourself its goosed. you don't want to spend the money so your justifying your decision not to replace it. good news, i have an OEM one for your bike kicking about if you want it.

Re: Disc movement.
Thanks to Bibio I now have a roadworthy bike again. Thanks mate.
The movement in the disc is on the shimmed "o" s between the carrier and the disc. So can I send this somewhere for repair or bin it?.
