Default Clear eazi grips

Has anyone any experience of applying clear eazi-grips, I want them on my red daytona but I'm concerned as to whether I will be able to apply them without bubbles

I used to have them on my SV - no problems with bubbles on application, but found that they weren't particularly grippy... Also, they discoloured after about a year (that was with everyday use though) and they started to peel around the edges.

Here's a picture of one after a year on:

Hope this helps!

Are those the R&G eazi-grip as opposed to the brand Eazi-grip?

Yeah bit odd really, I think with my dry weather only usage they should last a bit longer

I'd look at a few tutorial guides.
I have two air bubbles on my RS ..

I've had Stomp grips on my curvy for a few years now, with a bit of care they go on fine, and they are grippy though you don't feel them through your leathers

I put clear eazi-grips on my AL7 tank and a few bubbles, really wish I had gone with a solid colour as there are a couple of air bubbles, which presumably will get bigger if the heat of sun gets on tank, also a couple of what looks like 'stress marks' that you get when you bend plastic. I also wanted to get them as near to lower edge of petrol tank as well because my legs are not the longest in the world, there is a little bit at the bottom that would not wrap around the radius and stick properly, and I am not about to try and trim it off now.

I went for clear because the only coloured bit on the bike (except black) is the tank and did not want to add more black - will post a piccy later.

That's exactly what I thought clear could look like if they don't quite go on right first time and like you I don't want to cover up the colour of my tank
