Only a couple of Bunkhouse places left now, although the small campsite next to it looks really nice.

9am
I'm sure we've all seen someone on a train drinking a can of Tennants at that time

Today 9am, local shop
Guy buys 2 litre bottle of Coke. Walks out of the shop and removes the top, throwing it in the bin. He proceeds to down the lot in one.

I think the forecast may be for a lot of belching later.

Had to go in for routine bloodwork today, monitoring my heart medicine.

You know you carry on too much foolishness with the nurses when they give you a 'dinosaur wrap' instead of a band-aid. LOL

My little girl learnt to ride her bike today. We have always done the balance bike thing, can't stand stabilisers. Anyhow she had been scooting along for awhile now with no problem. Put the pedals on today. 20 mins later and there's no stopping her. She's just got it. Just like her two brothers did. Made me smile inside and out. Nothing like that first sense of freedom.

It is so nice to see as a parent too. Seeing my daughter haring off on a toddler's trike straight off was magic but taking the stabilisers off her first pedal bike (don't think there were balance bikes in her day) was even better. Hurtling round the garden chasing the dog who thought it was great fun. Happy days so I'm glad you enjoyed your daughter's first ride too.

They grow up too fast though - mine has her graduation ceremony tomorrow so camera is on charge and shoes shined.
