https://www.amazon.co.uk/GSX-R600-GS...gear+indicator

I bought this one and love it, easy to install just plug and play into the diagnostic port under the seat

While I realise I am six years too late, I came across this as someone I know was selling a gear indicator for a carby (I didn't think carbies could use a gear indicator). In the meantime, I have "74-75" by The Connells going in my head as a reminder, inasmuch as, at 70 mph, top gear is around 5000 rpm with my road SV. Yes, I'm sad.

Of course, with my Minitwin racer, I don't care, as all I do is constantly wring its neck. The only indicator I have there is a white light "please change up before I explode" indicator on the dash.

This is a timely thread resurrection. I've been pondering getting a gear indicator, not so I can see what gear I'm in when going along, but the gear change is so clunky going down the box, sometimes I think I've got to 1st gear but it's actually stuck in 2nd still (occasionally 3rd, although I know it needs to drop down more even though its resisting a down-change.)

It surprised me too, I thought Suzuki's had a reputation for slick boxes. I've been a Yamaha monogamist up until this bike and this is way worse than any of them on the downshifts. Up shifts seem ok. I've got no clutch drag at stand still so not really sure what's up with it at the moment
