It was really warm, well, much warmer than I'm used to so I decided to go for a run/walk strategy to see if it helped me not overheat. It seemed to work and I did it in a reasonable time (for me). I think I might go for a run/walk strategy on marathon day if it's hot.

I've had a few days off for recovery, did a gentle jog the other night, could feel it a little in my lower left calf/ankle region.
