Smart mirrors, prototyped on an SV no less
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSruUFfDNkw
The idea seems simple enough and might well work for some. Others though once in racing crouch aren't interested in behind them. Would be nice for sensible riding though to have more reliable visibility for the different positions. Thoughts?

If he approached a high end motorcycle manufacturer with this, he'd probably have his arm ripped off. Maybe even honda would be interested in it, with their need to add as many gadgets as possible to the goldwing range.

Lovely idea, but yeah, you'd need to get this out with a manufacturer to make serious money. The calibration thing could be a problem. I hope he gets them sorted though, would be very useful.

Mirror? Are those the things that allow you to see what your elbows are doing mid ride?
His whole project could be scuppered by the addition of some mirror extenders! Yes, I am evil. |
