Smile Joined the triumph club

Hi,
Have gone for a Triumph sprint st1050 ABS , was a really hard decision as loved the sv , bought new for 3500 , kept for almost 5 years with no major problems and 55 k happy miles , part'x for 1100 so did not owe me nothing .

However for a while have really fancied a change , always fancied a triumph and wanted something that covered the miles better with a pillion and fitted me better than the sv

Gone for a Triumph sprint 1050 ST
05 reg
7200 miles
1 owner
FSH
From dealer so with warranty
Cost 4000 , cost to change 2900
Bike has had a slow drop with just scratches to LHS Lower , but thought for the price was still a bargain
I am not known for keeping a bike clean so scratches don't really bother me , might just put some touch up paint and keep an eye out for a ebay panel or might be lazy and put a union jack sticker

A few pics

Very different to ride , pick up sprint on Tuesday and only done about 100 miles so far on test ride , but early impressions are very good , love the triple engine Still would not have a bad word sad about the sv and if I had the spare cash would have loved to keep the sv aswell and run round the clock as was confident it would have

Good choice Steve, but i would say that wouldnt i ?

We'll soon have a bigger triumph contingent than SV's on here

This does mean you have to attend ride outs now then
