it's bright out tonight....
Got home last night and the old man of the sky was out in all his glory, not really having the right kit for it I thought I'd give it a go to get a photo.
 I thought the result was pretty good for the lens used. Canon EOS 350D, kit 55-200mm lens. Cheers Mark

Nice photo. I've just got a new 55-200mm VR lens for my Nikon, so I'll have to try a few moon shots.

Ah saw the moon last night & thought it was about a day before full, but that looks full to me
