Yeah I did track it on Strava but managed to pause it for about 10 minutes so it's not quite accurate

Put a link up then, so we can see how it looks?

Finally found time between sanding to get my sorry carcass out for a run. Ugly Loop 6.5 hard but enjoyable wet and windy miles.

Well done DD.

You'll need to open the activity on a computer. Just copy the url and paste it in here.

It was the Telford T50/50 Relay today and my co-runner and I ran from Donnington Wood to Ketley Bank. It's a very wiggly route and our run was even more so as we got lost several times where the signage was either not very obvious or just not there.

Huge fun though, and good weather mostly, although the team going up the Wrekin did have snow!

The combined elapsed time for all the teams over the 50 miles just squeaked in under 10 hours by 52 seconds. Several of the teams got lost or lost time for various reasons and we think if we could sort out the waymarks we could easily get this down to well under 9 hours.

A very enjoyable day, rounded of with a great post-event social gathering in a dog friendly café in Wellington, owned by a couple who also run with dogs and who opened up especially for us.

Yep, that works. Great stuff, looks like a good run all the way alongside the Thames.

It's blooming hard to get out the door sometimes for all sorts of reasons, but always worth the effort in the end.

Was a nice run, weather was good as well.

The course itself was ok except the finish line, you have to run a bit past the finish line to then come back again to cross it

You can see on my splits where I managed to pause my Fitbit around the 3-4K distance. The last couple of Km I was doing run/walk/ run
