Default Removing water pump

Ok, so I'm starting to get everything sorted out. I've replace the front rotor already and I have all my parts ordered. I am prepping the bike so when the parts get here I'll just have to put it all back together.

One problem though. How do I get the water pump out? I removed the 3 bolts holding it in place and carefully pulled it out but it only comes out about a half inch then stops. Any advice would be welcome.

You need to remove the ain drive gear from the other side, I think. Which, if I recall correctly, means removing the whole side casing.

If I remember, I'll check one of the casings in the garage, that'll tell me for sure- though most likely someone else can tell you for sure.

Yeah you have to take off the engine casing to get the water pump off

Correct. Clutch case off.
