Despite a cold snap I braved the winter temps to ride 250 miles to the mountains today.























It's a lot easier to be brave wearing electrics and much more comfy as well.

Sisters of Mercy at the Roundhouse last night - awesome!
Shame I couldn't get the day off work today, so I'm hung over and tired but it was worth it!

Just got my first PSA results after radiation treatment for prostate cancer. 0.1 means the treatment was successful although I will need a years worth of blood tests to be sure.
