OK, so planning a late season camping trip, looking at Arrive Friday 21st Sept then ride on Sat. 22nd Sept. as above. Willl break for fuel & fag stop at Minehead seafront, very nice for a park-up on the front & view of the other riders around, then again at Dulverton next to the river for an ice-cream before finishing back at camp. Campsite I will be staying at is Gamlin Farm Camping, can be found on www.pitchup.com. Just had note back from Natalie, singles with 1 man tent £6/night in September. Hope this makes sense, start a list if anyone is looking to tag along. Site is clean & tidy, nearest pub is 1.5 miles away so either bring your own beer & food, or have a brisk walk, or go hungry!, this should develop over the coming weeks. 1. When I'm back home I'll sticky the details so they don't get lost.

Re: Somerset Exmoor TT 22nd Sept.
Just had news back from the camp, 1 man tents with single occupant £6/night for this, we will be on the non-electric field, just inside the main gate then on your right.
About 15 yards to the main field where the showers, toilets etc. are. No shop on site. http://www.pitchup.com/campsites/Eng...s=2&child_ages= Should show the site details http://www.yell.com/b/Waitrose+Ltd-S...irections.html Nearest supermarket=Waitrose 2 miles in Wellington Last edited by Old Git; 03-08-12 at 06:08 PM. Re: Somerset Exmoor TT 22nd Sept.
If I can sort out a tent in time and figure out a way of securing it to my bike I will be up for this.

Bungee ties are the best and/or a cargo net, very cheap. |

Thanks Phil. I am not sure what you get up to in your tent but i normally **** outside. I should buy my own tent really I am sure I will get some use from it.
The problem with securing stuff to my gsxr is the aftermarket under tray has no bungee points. Anyway if all goes to plan I will be in your lardy tourer posse by then.
