Friday afternoon topic - Waterproof for 900 km BBQ trip?
Nipping back to the UK tomorrow for a BBQ in Oxford on a cheap Eurotunnel overnight ticket (Eur 32 return!), that is if they don't go bust overnight.
The forecast is all for dryness and sun, so should I pack my all in one waterproof into my roll bag, or just sod it, and get wet in the unlikely chance that it rains? Figure wet leathers at these kind of temps wouldn't be too bad, so trying to keep my bag size down to a minimum as I'm taking a sleeping bag too. My mate had better not burn the sausages after all the trouble I'm going to! |

If your waterproofs pack down small then I would suggest bringing them.
