Rider caught by front-facing camera

I guess that this would be less of a problem on a more popular bike like an SV. A years ban is a bit harsh IMO. |

Re: Rider caught by front-facing camera
Well, if he was doing it over and over again I'm not surprised they wanted to catch him and make an example. I've done it myself but only the odd time.
Would love to work at one of the camera places to see how many people actually do give the v-sign. |

Re: Rider caught by front-facing camera
Bit daft to be putting fingers up to the cameras. It's only going to make the police more intent on catching you rather than letting it slide.
Stealth is the way forward. |

Re: Rider caught by front-facing camera
I'm slightly more concerned by the fact they charged him with Dangerous Driving, for removing a hand from the controls, eeek, I'm an evil criminal!!

Re: Rider caught by front-facing camera
I have to admit that I have (on a clear straight road) sped through a rear facing gatso on the wrong side on purpose!!
It amused me. but doing it once and doing it at the same spot again and again are two different things. It gave me some perverse pleasure knowing they could not catch me!! J |
