It's Official - London Marathon 2008
I'm in!!!
Haven't run properly for week, but I'm in and now have to start training properly again, which might be a bit difficult with the current state of my hands/arms, but it is all in a good cause. Please sponsor me - www.justgiving.com/kevhall All fundraising will be going to the stroke association, which I am sure many people will have had dealings with. I know I have. Thanks org'ers. |

Re: It's Official - London Marathon 2008
Just getting round would be good, but I was training for a sub 4 hour, but have only been running for about 11 months.
My half time is 1:46 and my 10k is 47, so I was sort of on target. |

Re: It's Official - London Marathon 2008
Nah I need to get back into it as soon as I can to build the mileage back up, but with coming off the bike etc. things have been a bit fraught recently.
Going to take this week as my last week off and then start in vein on Monday. |

Re: It's Official - London Marathon 2008
Hey Kev, all the best for the training. 26.2 is a long, hard slog. Do be sure to do the long runs, you don't need to do that many but you do need to do them - if you see what I mean. I'd love to do London again...

10/10 effort. Much more effort than I'd be comfortable with. Platinum reason too. Good luck.
