Yea, it might be a git Maclovin. I talked to one guy and he reckons he'd need a jig to hold them. Sigh.
They are about 2-3mm thick (I am not with them so cant check) and need to lose 1.5mm off of each wall. All the way through is what im looking for. The problem is that there is a couple of slits at the bottom for some reason, that might cause "issues". heh. If anyone else has any idea's then let me know. Ill keep you posted as I figure out whats happening... ha ha P.S. Fecking spelling |

Can you not just use some very coarse sandpaper warpped round a suitably sized broom handle or something and use a motion to achieve your desired result perfectly?
Obviously you'd have to start with the sandpaper on your fingers till you got it to the right kinda size. Depends on the plastic i guess????

Id like it to be as close to perfect as I can Mr Parker... Its something i could perhaps do if push came to shove.
This is a pic I found of them... Sorry its a little small Last edited by ThEGr33k; 23-07-09 at 06:59 PM. |

You could easily achieve this using a pillar drill, a flapwheel, and some careful jigging of the plastic stacks to ensure the flapwheel is centralised.
Simple and cheap. |
