Well iv currently got pilot power threes ready to put on.
Got nearly 10k out of original PRs tho not bad going I don't think |

I got 12 out of a pr4 front before having the pair changed. It still had a good 2-3k left.

Front tyres wear on the edges badly. Often stepping or cupping as that's when they are under load

There was some stepping I will admit, but that has happened to every tyre I've ever had.
Although the BT016 I had when I first bought the SV was cupped as well.

well i have a PR3 thats done 5k on the front and its still round and very very little stepping and there is no cupping. my front tyre problems stopped when i got new valving for the forks.

OK as the top suspension guys use tyre wear to set up bikes if you could get a custom set up that controls the rebound and compression I guess you can get good wear.
My daytona eats front tyres at an alarming rate. Hopefully the tiger will be better.
