If you can afford it, thoroughly recommend a Miele, built like a tank, last for ever. Get the most basic one, it does washing

Can't recommend a site particularly.

how much you looking to spend and what features does it need to have as a minimum. I sell kitchens and bathrooms so can see what deals are about for you at work tomorrow if you like

Our Bosch has lasted for many years now, very reliable - unlike its Hotpoint predecessor which regularly flooded the kitchen.

£300 max - looking value for money. I need the depth around 560mm to fit in a cupboard - which is the main thing. 5.5kg - 6kg High Spin speed is the main thing.

Any thoughts on Whirlpool?

I've had two Bosch's (neither went wrong unlike my Hotpoint which had to have an extended warranty as it went wrong every year). Just the basic one with a decent spin speed. Relatively cheap for a decent one too.

Comet or Qualityelectricaldirect is where I go.

Cool.
Whirlpool is a good budget brand but youd be suprised at what you can get for that money from someone like Meile too. I'll have a look for you tomoroow and post back here. All the distributors send out offers from time to time on this brand or that.

Having said all that i googled for one of the Siemens induction hobs we sell and some of the internet sites were beating even those prices

these have a lot to look at http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/conten...ine~page~0.htm
