Is this an acceptable way to display tax disc?
Haven't got a holder and was wondering if it'd be ok with the lerrr to laminate it and stick a rear peg holder bolt through it? I don't want an ugly old holder spoiling my smooth baby's looks.

Why not laminate a card that says "Due to Risk of Theft, Tax Disk in the Possesion of the Owner" And stick that on the inside of your screen, and the disk in your wallet/under the seat?

Re: Is this an acceptable way to display tax disc?
The lerr about bike tax discs changed a while back, but as far as I'm aware now it just has to be displayed on the nearside (left) of the bike so it is clearly visible. I've never seen anything specifying what sort of holder it should be in, but I seem to recall something about protection from weather/water.
If it's genuine and displayed I can't imagine a plod would get stroppy (but there again.......)

You can display is nicely framed by your own ****hole if it is the right way up and on the left of the bike and clear to read can you not?
