Hi all,

A good meet last night, great to meet you all and put faces and names to forum names Can't wait for when I can come on two wheels.

p.s Stewie - nothing wrong with turning up in a car, glad I went had a nice heater all the way home LOL and a chaffeur (thanks Chris for taking me - you're a star)

Thats very true, if I hadnt have turned up in me car at the AR i wouldnt have met such a top crew of peeps

Okay, fair comment. I had an attack of apathy too. My bum hit the sofa and wouldn't move.

Eastham Ferry looks a bit of a trot from Shrewsbury and again it conflicts with footy. I'll keep checking the dates and venues and get there when I can.

Can I make a suggestion. Create a thread with the dates and venues in and then lock it and use a seperate thread for comments ideas etc?

Ahead of you on that one John! It will be done shortly, but we will probably have a discussion first as to how things are shaping up....

BTW my lights comment was meant tongue in cheek. Looks a bit harsh on re-reading. hope you didn't think it was serious.

No, I laughed. I get a lot worse than that from my footy team, a bunch of lippy 10 year olds.

19th September - The Tap, Eastham Ferry
3rd October - The Bridge End, Llangollen
17th October - The Stormy Petrel, Tern Hill
