Where ever the meet is in EK it'll have to be fairly early as the meet is in Ayr at 10 doesn't give us much time...

It's open to everyone so the more the merrier.

The meet in EK will probably be at McD's on Queensway at around 830am. From there it'll be Strathaven, Muirkirk, Cumnock, Ayr, and then Ayr - Newton Stewart - Dalry - Thornhill - Dalveen Pass.

Should be a fun ride, if the weather sorts itself out.

Welcome aboard RamJam. I believe we are now numbering 7 so yes I imagine space OK.

The proposed route is setting off from Dobbie's in Ayr and riding down past Girvan to Newton Stewart, from there across to New Galloway and St John's of Dalry and then along A702 to Moniaive and then past Thornhill and continue on A702 Dalveen Pass - upto the motorway.

Then i guess making own way back? upto Weegie land or back across to D&G? Not finalised the last part! Any suggestions?:confuse d:

As for meet in EK - WeegieBlue needs to arrange that?

Guess WeegieBlue can type faster than me! I am lucky if I get to two fingers at a time.

I have a mate who'll be coming along, and possibly one other, so numbers are increasing nicely.

Still on for it, and may even have a new SV owner with me too.

On the way back, I'll probably head up through Thornhill and back to Ayr via Cumnock. Presume there's a natural split point somewhere for anyone from EK direction ? Will check the map when I get home.

From Cumnock it's just back to Muirkirk and Strathaven so easy enough.
