Re: The weight loss Thread
Not going great for me. So far I seem to be putting a steady 2lb on a week and a massive 6 this last week. Celebrated with a Chinese last night.

Re: The weight loss Thread
It's resisting the stuff you love that is the hard bit... then continuing to eat healthy.
Resisted a McFlurry Sunday night, and a chinese last night. My Fiance had them anyway so I had to sit and watch. The chinese was hard, but I've lost interest in sugar which is good as at times I've felt addicted. The problem is once you stop and just go back to normal. It slowly, or more likely goes quickly back on.

Re: The weight loss Thread
Tell me about it and since I hit 50 it is slow to come off I think the answer now is to 'weight watch' to the end of time.... it is a familial thing with me, my dad was fat and my sisters and brother are fat, so it will be a battle from here on in.

Day 18?
I don't know if to be pleased for you or gutted for myself lol, you've been doing this 18days and lost practically a stone and half. I've been going for 10 weeks and not lost that much, and jsut to add insult my method has cost me a butt load of money and last night got me ran over by a taxi. I recon you're on to something Carl |

Re: The weight loss Thread
Sorry to hear that Matt,
Day 18, static, but I've spent two days crawling around under a house doing the drains for the new house and I'm aching everywhere. So that'll be waterlogged muscles. It'll be down 2 lbs tomorrow. C |
