apparently i was speeding

hey guys...
im being prosecuted for apparently speeding....i know i wasnt but apparently this is not good enough against the word of the police officer.

you guys know any way around this?

do the books on the net actually work that say there are loop holes etc..

any help greatly appreciated.

The question is "how do you know and how do you prove it?

I assume that plod got you on a calibrated gun or camera. Do you have similar evidence?

If no then what jonboy said, if yes, then chance your arm in court and see whose QC is better

Yeh, it would. That way it saves everyone asking the same old questions. But hey ho, some peeps never get it really.

I do think that it stinks tho, if a copper with no speed detction devices can issue a speeding ticket based only on his say so.

Find a good solicitor and you may have a chance but saying that i have no faith in the judicial system at times.

Doesnt PACE deal with the rules of evidence for this sort of thing?
