Default Police at Devils Bridge

Can anybody tell me if the Police still have a portakabin and camp out at the car park at Devils Bridge, strutinising bikes and handing out fines? I know this had become a problem a couple of years ago.

A group of us are coming down from Scotland for the Illuminations ride and might use Devils Bridge as a stopping point.

Not that any of us have anything illegal about the bikes, but were going to have had long run and we just don't want any hassle or delay.

Personally speaking, I've never been hassled at Devil's Bridge (My Blueflame's hardly quiet and I tend to wear a dark visor ) I think they tend to be more in evidence when it's the summer months anyway!

Be careful if you leave from devils bridge to go up towards the lakes. Just after the BP (right?) garage on your left there was a safety camera van there. Luckily i was pulling into the garage when i saw it therefore had scrubbed off a lot of speed. Quite a fast road and could easily catch anyone really

No police portakabin and camp out at the car park at Devils Bridge but take note of all the above.

Just remember the bridge in right in the middle of 3 countys so 3 police dept to watch out for.
