Magneto magnets!
Hi all,
Apologies if this has been covered before (I’m sure it probably has but I can’t find what I need through a search) - 2 of the magnets in the magneto have come loose and 1 has broken and eaten the stator. I can find reasonably priced replacement stators (annoyingly I already replaced it less than 100 miles ago) but I’m struggling with the “rotor assembly”. Is there a supply of new magnets or someone who repairs & balances the rotor assembly? For reference I believe the part no. is 32102-16G10-000. Bike is an ‘07 SV1000 Naked, based in Northamptonshire, UK. Thanks in advance. |
