I have worked in the call taking centres for GMP when on light duties after breaking my leg. Some of the calls we receive you just wouldn't believe!
Posh sounding bloke on 999 "Hello, Dr. ********* here, I'm on the M6, on my way to such and such an address. I wondered if one of your chaps could meet me and guide me in?" Me "Is it a medical emergency?" Posh bloke "No, I'm on my way to a dinner party and don't know how to get there" Me "Goodbye"

mcdonalds and nuggets are all disgusting. I don't know why anyone would want to eat that crap, it's just greasey horrible minging crud which, like saoralba says above, is often left to stand for hours...
Now, a whopper on the other hand.....
